Dr. Chris DiFonzo

Field Crops Entomologist
Michigan State University

Received an MS and PhD in entomology at the University of Minnesota, in potato pest management, followed by a postdoctoral fellowship at the Volcani Ag Research Center in Israel.  Since 1996, has been the field crops entomologist at MSU with extension and research responsibilities in corn, soybean, small grains, dry beans, sugar beet, and other specialty field crops. Teaching responsibilities include the general entomology for the MSU College of Ag  and a course covering pesticide regulations and impacts.
