Bryce Irlbeck

Bryce Irlbeck is a fifth-generation farmer and entrepreneur with a passion for rethinking farm production methods. He owns and operates a 4,000 acre organic farm in Iowa with a focus on alfalfa, corn, soybeans, peas, and barley. He’s also a founder of AgriSecure, an advisory service that enables family farms to prosper with organics. Bryce provides a high level of first-hand expertise in biological crop production as well as boundary-pushing organic farming approaches. He currently leads business development for AgriSecure and works with farmers across the United States. He previously provided research and consulting services for a 12,000 acre rice farm in Tanzania and studied agricultural practices in Brazil. He graduated from Iowa State University in Agronomy and Agribusiness.
