In order to access material for the conference, you will need to register for the conference. After you have registered, you will receive an email confirmation of your registration.
Beginning December 8th, we will send out an email to each registrant with an Account Creation Token. This will be sent to the email address used for each registrant. As a registrant, please click the link in the email to create an account at indianacca.org. Please add your CCA number to your account information to help ensure better reporting of your CEUs earned.
On December 15 & 16, registrants can login to their accounts and when they do, they will be provided a link to the webinar of the live presentation. After joining the webinar, you will be able to view and hear the speakers and use the webinar tools for asking questions which the moderator will pass along to the speakers. At the end of each talk, a QR code for the session will be displayed. Please have your CCA app ready and scan the code to earn your credit for the live presentation. Each presentation will have its own unique code.
After the 16th, we will release the remaining presentations. These recorded presentations will be available for viewing.
Reporting Your CEUs
During the live sessions, scanning the QR code at the end of each presentation is the fastest way to record and report your attendance to the CCA program.
For the recorded content, by logging in to the indianacca.org site, we will be able to track which recorded videos you watch. Our site will then report the CEUs you have earned to the CCA office. These will also show up on your indianacca.org/myaccount page. If you see any issues with this record, please contact us at the firstname.lastname@example.org.
