Submitting CEUs

Courses must be submitted for approval by the meeting provider. If you plan on attending a course that you feel should be eligible for CCA credits, you should ask the meeting provider to request a form from the state program coordinator and submit it for approval. The meeting provider, however, is the only one who can submit the program to be considered for approval.

Reporting Period

Your official CEU reporting period begins on January 1 following the date on your certificate. It continues two years until December 31.

For Example: The date on your CCA certificate is September 30, 2000. Your reporting period officially begins January 1, 2001, but you can accumulate hours for any programs you attend after September 30, 2000. You must have a minimum of ten hours of CEU credit by December 31, 2002 to maintain your certification.
