An Update on Weed Control Efficacy with Cover Crops in the Eastern Corn Belt

Use of cover crops has grown dramatically in the last 10 years. Information on the establishment of cover crops following the use of residual herbicide, and how to successfully utilize cover crops with our current herbicide programs is becoming more readily available. In this presentation I will review both historical and current research information regarding the use of cover crops in our traditional weed control programs in and soybean production.
