Marty Chilvers earned his Bachelor's of Agricultural Science degree with honors and Ph.D. from the University of Tasmania, Australia, with subsequent Post-doctoral training at Washington State University. Dr. Chilvers’ began his position with Michigan State University in 2008 where he leads a field crops pathology program, researching plant diseases and management solutions.
