Jeff Coulter is a Professor and Extension Specialist of corn-based cropping systems at the University of Minnesota. He has a Ph.D. in crop sciences from the University of Illinois. Dr. Coulter conducts agronomic extension and research to increase the productivity, profitability, and sustainability of corn production. He conducts field research at university research and outreach centers and on farms. This serves as the foundation for educational programs for agricultural professionals and farmers.
