Dr. Steinke leads an applied research, extension, and teaching program in soil fertility and plant nutrition. He has worked across a wide array of both field and vegetable cropping systems and publishes a wide variety of articles focusing on nutrient management, fertilizer usage, and improving management strategies and efficiencies for production agricultural systems.
