Jane Marian Luis is a postdoctoral scholar working with Dr. Pierce Paul in the Cereal Pathology Lab at The Ohio State University. She obtained a B.Sc. in Agriculture from the University of the Philippines Los Baños. She then joined the University of Georgia and North Carolina State University for her M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Plant Pathology. Her previous and current research involves identifying crop, pathogen, and weather-related factors that contribute to disease and mycotoxin development and use these to develop effective management strategies.
