Dr. John Evans IV

Dr. John Evans, a native of central Kentucky, developed a passion for agriculture from his upbringing on a family farm. He earned both his bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Kentucky. Subsequently, he pursued a Ph.D. at the University of Nebraska, where his commitment to advancing agricultural practices took root. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor in Agricultural & Biological Engineering at Purdue University, Dr. Evans brings a wealth of knowledge and a hands-on perspective to his role. His research is centered on Agricultural Machine Automation, Machine Logistics, and Digital Agriculture. Driven by a desire to propel the agricultural industry forward, he actively engages in groundbreaking work that intersects technology and agriculture.
