Tony Bailey is the State Conservation Agronomist for the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) at the Indiana State Office in Indianapolis. Areas of responsibility include nutrient & pest management planning, Comprehensive Nutrient Management Planning (CNMPs) on livestock farms, soil health, water quality, as well as other duties as assigned. He also serves as the State Technical Service Provider (TSP) Coordinator. He has a B.S. in Agronomy from Purdue University and is also a Certified Crop Adviser (CCA).
